User Emasar's quest is set to "kill ent sorcerer 0/1". They are a Baronet rank and are well past the tutorial. They also have not used the first join token. Because of this, they are unable to complete the Fennor/Theoklitos quests needed to enter Ignis.
Additionally, while they have created a website account, they never received a verification email and are unable to post on the forums.
Any help for them would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
