I’ve got another one for you tonight (thank you Socks for the first one ever ).
We are officially dropping DragonShield Merch!
I wanted our players to be able to support us while also having something physical to enjoy :))
Printed on Bella+Canvas (super soft, durable, and ethically made).
These are premium blanks you’ll actually want to wear.
Hold up well, don’t shrink easily, and feel just as good as retail quality tees.
Printed on the classic Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend.
Thick, comfy, and the go-to for merch.
Balances durability + comfort — perfect for gaming nights or everyday wear.
As always, I like to keep things transparent and educational:
We’re using Etsy + Printify right now (print on demand).
Etsy fees are $6–10 per item, so our profit margins are:
~$6 per shirt
~$19 per hoodie
Print-on-demand = no warehouse storage costs + faster setup.
Downside = higher prices + smaller margins.
Long-term plan = order in bulk, which lowers prices and makes merch more accessible.
If you ever want to start merch yourself, this is a solid way to begin — just make sure you choose actual quality printing and not cheap firms.
If this takes off more, I’ve got two possible paths:
Custom Store – I’m learning PHP so I can build a proper store module for our site (~3 months ETA).
Shopify – Simplifies a lot, but costs $29/month, so we’d need consistent sales first.
If you grab a shirt or hoodie, you’re not only repping DragonShield with legit quality merch, but also helping us grow this project further

We’re diving into a Dungeon Theme!
Imagine the kind of mysterious structure you’d stumble upon in the world of Arg.
It could be a classic dungeon full of twisting corridors... or something entirely unique — an unusual, exciting structure that players must explore and overcome!
1st Place
Your dungeon will be brought to life in Arg as a randomly generating dungeon
Prince+ Rank
500,000 Dragon Coins
2nd Place
250,000 Dragon Coins
3rd Place
100,000 Dragon Coins
While your design sets the stage, the staff team will decide which enemies and loot appear inside.
To submit: make a player warp and add BC_
before the name (must be done on the server).
Players have 1 month (until around September 17) to prepare before the builders judge all entries live on a Dragon Shield stream!

Weird I'll check the verification issue though the kill ent sorcerer quest is not connected with the Theoklitos quest at all. In fact they can quit it if they wish to
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
Hey guys, haven't talked to you in a while. I'm about to bombard you with a lot of information about Ignis, server plans, what has been done so far, and much more.
Ignis Full Release
It took a while but all bugs were fixed, a lot has been improved, and after 3 months+ it’s ready to be out of production. I appreciate all of our players who played and worked with me to fix all the bugs it had. The reason this was so delayed is exam reasons — I’m currently in a big exam season, so I didn’t have time to sadly furbish it till the end.
Now, Ignis was supposed to have three hidden bosses that ripped during pre-release and badly so. We plan in 2 months to have an Ignis 2.0 which will bring each area an extra boss, the three hidden bosses plus a lot more artifacts and storyline.
Where is the server heading? ️
As you’ve seen, I’ve been trying my best to provide the top-notch quality I promised, and we’re getting there. We’re slowly splitting the concepts of modded survival and the MMORPG. Still the same server, same everything, though the concepts split and are set up in a way that each feels unique so I can give each enough love and updates.
The modded survival is heading towards a 300+ modded modpack experience — at least that’s the plan. While Ignis and future projects like Mundus are heading down a mix of Dark Souls and Minecraft. This is explained in more detail with the new wiki.
Wiki Re-Work
To follow this change, the wiki has been fully re-written, the concepts isolated and very nicely explained so it can also be understood by younger audiences of Dragon Shield. Took a lot of work but it has been finished. I’d recommend even our old players to scroll through it.
Bedrock Update Woooo!!!
Well, I must say this took the most out of me in the last 7 days, but we’re up to 97% bedrock compatibility woooo!!! All is compatible now — ores, skins, furniture, custom items, menus, EVEN ALL IGNIS BOSSES!!!
Plus, wait till you hear this! We have our own bedrock IP now, no more hassle with the friend system though it is still an option for console users:
bedrock.dragonshield.net
Port: 25649
10% of the Skill Re-work
We’ve planned out everything plus completed the /stats which players will use to build their characters in the future. The Skill re-work generally will be similar to Skyrim’s Skill Tree system mixed with both quests and progression.
For last, a kind of serious topic...
We’ve come a long way yet times are getting tough for me personally. Life’s recently been balancing exams, personal relationships, project work for my future job, my actual job which feeds me as well as managing a relatively healthy lifestyle. This with the server has been truly tough to manage.
I am human too — it really has taken a toll slowly and I assume it will take a bigger one in the future too. I’ve been funding the server in the last 2 months that we have been up and that has been an extra thing to also deal with as the bills are not cheap.
By the sound of this, you most likely know where this is going, though hopefully more positive than usual saddening things.
We will be up for the next 6 months, if we do not manage to get a regular upkeep of funds to handle the bills, we will most likely be going down... Though I will truly try my best for that not to happen, you may call this the last push for success from my end.
I’ve invested around $250 of my own money into promo art and ads for the server, and I will do the upkeep for the next 6 months. Hopefully, this will be enough to get us popular and going not just as a server but as a community.
And at the end, I am truly thankful to you all for being on this wild ride with me .
We aren’t just Minecraft, we’re Dragon Shield, thank you all.
